An order confirmation is an acknowledgement that we have received your order, not an acceptance of it. We reserve the right to cancel or adjust an order due to stock availability, pricing errors, verification issues or regulatory requirements, and to refund you in full.

We cannot be held responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by inaccurate information provided at checkout.

Product Information & Availability

We work to describe our products accurately, including cylinder sizes, quantities and specifications. Product images are for illustration and packaging or labeling may differ from the image shown.

Products are offered subject to availability. Stock levels can change quickly, and listing a product does not guarantee that it is available at the time your order is processed.

Pricing & Payment

All prices are shown in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping destination.

Payment is collected in full when you place your order. If a product is listed at an incorrect price, we may cancel the affected order and issue a full refund. Full details are in our Payment Policy.

Shipping & Delivery

We ship within the United States. Delivery times generally range from 1–3 business days after handling, depending on destination, carrier availability, weather conditions and other factors outside our control.

Refrigerant Sales & Compliance

Certain refrigerants and related products sold through our store are subject to federal, state or local regulation.

• Depending on the product and its intended use, purchase or handling may require EPA Section 608 or Section 609 certification
• Customers are responsible for ensuring their purchase, possession and use comply with all applicable laws, licensing and certification requirements
• We may request documentation before releasing an order, and may cancel orders that do not meet applicable regulatory requirements
• Refrigerants must be recovered, recycled and disposed of in accordance with applicable regulations

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for eligible products that remain unused, unopened and in original condition, subject to prior return authorization.

Products that have been opened, installed, used, modified or damaged after delivery may not qualify for a refund or exchange. Damaged, defective or incorrect orders should be reported within 48 hours of delivery. See our Return & Refund Policy for the complete process.

Product Handling & Safety

Customers are responsible for the safe handling, storage, transport, installation and use of all products purchased from our store.

• Use all products according to manufacturer instructions, safety data sheets and applicable regulations
• Refrigerant work should be performed by appropriately trained and certified personnel
• Store cylinders upright, secured, away from heat sources and out of reach of untrained persons
• Failure to follow proper safety procedures may result in equipment damage, personal injury or other risks

Limitation Of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products, including equipment damage, loss of profits or loss of business.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the product that is the subject of the claim.

All content on this website — including text, guides, layout, graphics, logos and images — is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
